Japan is facing a major transformation period now. The current economic situation in Japan is critical. Japan is in the middle of conflict between the US and China, and cannot decide in which direction the country should go. The economy is facing a serious problem due to a lack of innovation. Moreover, Japanese national finances have been chased to the brink of bankruptcy. Despite this, we are enjoying a solitary paradigm in this island country of the Far East, but the world is beginning to move.
In that sense, the current Japan is similar to "the end of the Tokugawa period. Compared to the Japan at the end of the Tokugawa period, spirit and philosophy are decisively lacking in Japan now.
Japan at that time was far behind the strength of Western Europe and was poor, but there was the spirit and a philosophy of "Samurai". Currently Japan has climbed to be a creditor country (= rich country) in the world, but in terms of people's ambition and qualities, it has become a weak nation. This may be its biggest crisis. The most vital things to us now are vision, ambition and courage.
Now no one takes responsibility, it is a miserable situation that we just hide the real information and postpone the inevitable. I see this happening just before the nation collapses. Now is a time for a major reform of a rotten bureaucratic system. After the asset bubble burst in early 1990s in Japan, the country has been borrowing money without conducting any painful economic structural reform.Japan has already reached its debt limit.
What is most needed now for the Japanese people is the "courage" to push for change and the "will" to do so.At the end of Tokugawa period, many talented people appeared one after another such as Kaishu Katsu, Takamori Saigo, Toshimichi Okubo, Ryoma Sakamoto and Shinsaku Takasugi. That era was Japan’s greatest time when it was full of talented people. Many domains were dominated by each clan at that time, and education had its own diversity throughout the country. This created, all over Japan, individuals with diverse talents. In the atmosphere of that period, people resonated with each other’s ideology and the result was the historical “The Meiji Restoration”.Now, the world is seeking someone to have a vision. So I decided to build a business in Japan,
keeping in mind the Greek philosopher's inscription "If you want people to move the earth, first move yourself". The world is about to move itself.
So I would like to tell people the necessity of the "Kaientai* for the 21st Century". What is needed in Japan now is neither technology nor capital. It is a person who can accomplish major economic reform with the will and information to support it. For that to happen, "Daini-Kaientai* supporters" are definitely necessary. "Companies withspirit" and "Funding with spirit" are required. At the end of the Tokugawa period in Kyoto, the volunteers and Shinsengumi* fought each other with swords.
Now we fight each other with "information".  It is no exaggeration to say that the world will change dramatically with information, indeed, information is "power". So I decided to establish a "general information trading company" for sending out genuine Information, which I believe Japan needs.
At the end of the Tokugawa period, as the Satsuma and the Choshu clans defeated the rigid shogunate, there needs to be a company with a will to change Japan.
But there is a limit to what can be achieved by one person. I would like to ask for your help so we can move our country forward for the 21st century.
